We had a great experience staying at this place. the location is perfect, far from the metro and surrounded by a shopping mall, bank ATMs, and various dining options. It was so convenient to have everything we needed right here at the hotel. Secondly, the service and housekeeping were excellent. The staff was always welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Lastly, the room amenities were top-notch. From the ironing facilities to the in-room safe and kitchen, everything was provided for our comfort and convenience. We were truly impressed by the attention to detail and the high-quality amenities this hotel offered.

The housekeeping ladies at Hanoi-Moscow Aparthotel were very friendly and engaging, even though we didn't understand their language. It made for a unique and interesting experience. The comfortable furnishings in the apartments were also a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the room. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the punctual shuttle service was very helpful. Some staff members struggle to communicate in English, which can be a bit frustrating.

Spent Christmas at a cozy apart-hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and responsive to our requests, giving us a warm welcome with a smiley face. Enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the fact that we could easily cook in the well-equipped kitchen. The location was easy to reach and strategically placed in a quiet area with a mall nearby for those last-minute gifts.

The breakfast was a disappointment for us as there were no options available, but in fairness, it was included in the price. The bathroom didn't have good ventilation, which made the air a bit stale, but it was not a deal-breaker as the overall stay was pleasant.

I had a great time during my Easter break! the complimentary massage that I received was amazing, and the variety of restaurants nearby exceeded my expectations. the location was also perfect, with easy access to public transportation and supermarkets. One unexpected benefit was the beautiful view from my room!

That some of the apartment sectors had dirty floors and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the vents. some of the kitchenware provided was not very convenient.
